Challenge
After Code d’Azur created an AI powered showroom to introduce the all new Lotus Eletre. It was my task to redesign the configurator optimized for the new model.
Problem
The start of the purchase funnel was redesigned, but the buying proces was not optimised. The configurator needed a redesign.
Goal
A new configurator to guide user to their custom configurated Lotus Eletre, and providing a exclusive buying proces.

Process
The ideal customer-journey combines target-audience understanding, ease in use, and brand experience.
To understand both ends of the market, I began by interviewing customer-journey experts at luxury car dealerships to learn how premium brands guide their buyers.
For a complete perspective, I also spoke with Lotus and other EV drivers about their past buying experiences and how the digital journey could be improved.
The research gave the perfect introduction into designing something that really worked for the target-audience.
